CEMS Analyzers
ASC GULF provides optimized solutions for the monitoring and measurement of pollutants, including: SO₂, NOₓ, CO, CO₂, NH₃, O2, HCl, HF, THC, Mercury, and others.
Their systems are designed based on extensive experience and are built using three primary measurement technologies
1. Dilution Extractive System
- Process: Sample is extracted and immediately diluted with zero air at the probe.
- Advantages:
- Eliminates the need for heat-traced sample lines.
- Ideal for applications where sample integrity must be maintained with minimal hardware complexity.
2. Hot-Wet Extractive System
- Process: Sample is extracted through a heated filter from the stack/duct.
- Features:
- Blow-back arrangement for high-dust environments.
- Sample is transported via heat-traced lines to maintain temperature and prevent condensation.
- Suitable for Pollutants that may condense or react in cooler temperatures
3. In-Situ Measurement System
- Process: Analyzer is installed directly at the measurement point on the stack or duct.
- Types:
- Cross-Duct: Measures across the entire duct.
- Probe-Type: Measures at a specific point.
