Equipped with a customized Olympus 38DL Plus ultrasonic thickness gauge and a 5MHz dual-element transducer, it provides live thickness readings and A-scans on a variety of surfaces and orientations.

Surface Preparation & Couplant Delivery

A custom-designed brush system clears surface debris, ensuring accurate UT readings. Couplant is automatically applied via an integrated dosing system that minimizes onboard liquid requirements, enhancing operational efficiency.
